Animal Family Veterinary Care Center requires payment in full for professional services when your pet is discharged from the hospital.

We accept all major credit cards here at Animal Family Veterinary Care Center (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept cash payments, checks, CareCredit®, and Scratchpay.

When you refer a friend or family member to our clinic, you earn a $25 credit for each person who sees us for an appointment.

CareCredit Payment Plans

We accept the CareCredit credit card as a flexible financing option to help you pay for the care your pet needs, when they need it. Click here to see if you prequalify with no impact to your credit score.

*Subject to credit approval. See carecredit.com for details.

Scratchpay is another payment option you can use to take care of your pet's veterinary bills. Instead of getting a credit card, you instead sign up for a payment plan and have Scratchpay deduct the payments directly from your bank account. It's easy and you can get same-day approval, so you can start using Scratchpay right away.

Apply online or learn more about Scratchpay by clicking here.

Do You Recommend Pet Insurance?

Animal Family Veterinary Care Center does not endorse any particular pet insurance company over another. We leave that decision to you! Trupanion is a popular choice for many pet owners, and you can visit their website to learn more and request a quote.

You can also visit PawlicyAdvisor to compare different pet insurance companies and insurance plans.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Animal Family Veterinary Care Center for your pet’s care. Any time you schedule an appointment or procedure, we set aside time to provide you and your pet with the highest level of care. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen; however, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or procedure, in order to avoid a penalty, we need a 24-hour or more notice prior to your visit, so that we can help another pet in need.

Our "no-show"/cancellation policy is as follows:

A "no-show" is a client who misses an appointment, or procedure, without canceling it ahead of time. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment or procedure will be documented in the patient's chart as a "no-show”. The first time there is a "no-show", we will give you a call or send a text alerting you of the missed appointment or procedure and remind you of our "no-show"/cancellation policy.

The second occurrence will result in a non-refundable deposit of $75 required when scheduling future appointments/procedures. The $75 will be applied to the total balance if the appointment or procedure is kept. If the appointment or procedure is not canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, the $75 deposit will be forfeited.
