Animal Family Veterinary Care Center requires payment in full for professional services when your pet is discharged from the hospital.

We accept all major credit cards here at Animal Family Veterinary Care Center (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and cash.

When you refer a friend or family member to our clinic, you earn a $25 credit for each person who sees us for an appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Animal Family Veterinary Care Center for your pet’s care. Any time you schedule an appointment or procedure, we set aside time to provide you and your pet with the highest level of care. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen; however, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or procedure, we ask for a 24-hour or more notice prior to your visit, so that we can help another pet in need.
